Refund policy

All returns and refunds must be approved by contacting pokemancav3@gmail.com prior to being returned to the store.  Product must still be sealed, in good condition, and ready for resale.  For single cards, if card is received in a condition other that what was stated, customer will be eligible for a full refund.  No refunds after 14 days of receipt.  All damage claims for damaged product must be filed with the carrier for reimbursement.
